Naha O-Tsunahiki Festival ー
那覇大綱引き祭り
- Festivals
The festival is held in three days of Saturday, Sunday and Monday of the middle of October every year.
On the second day, a heroic line of people parades around the International Street of the city,
and the world’s biggest Tsunahiki is held, which is registered on the Guinness world record.
The state that tens of thousands of people are united and pull a rope against each other by great force is just the best part.
In addition, there are various events including the launch of fireworks, stage live broadcasting and the karaoke.
