Access and Getting Around

By train

50 minutes from Tokyo to Takasaki Station by the Joetsu Shinkansen Line train,

3 trains per hour, then to Numata Station by the JR Joetsu Line train for 50 minutes with 1 train per hour,

then to Hatomachi Mountain Pass by bus for 25 minutes with 15 bus services per day.

By car

2 hours 50 minutes from Tokyo Station to Tokura village, then to Hatomachi Mountain Pass by bus for 40 minutes with 11 bus services per day.
