This cape is the beauty spot at the southernmost cape of the Izu Peninsula

where a panorama of the magnificent Pacific including Izu Islands is seen on the horizon.

Because the scene of a Shinto shrine called Iro Shrine is nice,

Furthermore, it is pleasant to see the shoreline beauty of the cliff on the sightseeing boat.

Access and Getting Around

It is the popular tourist spot of South Izu, so it is possible to get by bus.

By bus

40 minutes from Shimoda Station to Irosaki Port with 1 bus per hour,

walk to Irozaki for 25 minutes.

By car

30 minutes from Shimoda Station to Irozaki Port.

Tour cruise

30 minutes a cruise from Irosaki Port.
