The Japanese have been protecting cranes as lucky birds for their longevity and there is a lot of bait on the tideland,
that’s why so many cranes come here and spend winters.
More than 10,000 cranes come here from November to January every year,
which makes a grand view, so it is recommended that bird watchers visit here in winter at least one time.
In order to prevent infection of illness, visitors are asked to watch them at the Observation Center.
