Mount Kurikoma is located among Iwate, Akita, Miyagi, three prefectures, is famous for the beeches in spring, alpine plants in summer red leaves in fall and beautiful lakes, which attracts visitors throughout the year. Especially it is one of the most popular spots of red leaves. The mountaion climing and a lot of Onsen that offer a variety of facilities are also very popular.
