It is a wide road bordered with pines along Karatsu Bay where trees were planted
as a windbreak and a prevention of erosion of sand in the 17th century,
but it is a beautiful tourist spot now. One million black pines last 5 km endlessly.
It is good to walk in pines, Also it is great to look from Karatsu Castle and Kagamiyama observatory.
