Fuji mountain climbing
富士山登山

  • Outdoor Activities

Because Mount Fuji is high, general mountain climbing is limited to a certain season.

It depends on a snow state of the year, but generally speaking, two months of July and August are the climbing season.

Make sure to confirm the climbing information before having a try.

In addition, it is crowded in the Japanese long vacation Bon season and weekend,

if possible, climbing in other periods is better.

Among some mountain climbing routes, Yoshida Route and Fujinomiya Route are popular

in terms of access and climbing environment.

It takes at least 10 hours to climb up the mountaintop of Mount Fuji and down to the fifth station in the middle,

so it is normal to stay at a mountain lodge for a night or have a bus tour from the metropolis.

It is necessary to beware that it is not easy to climb up to Mount Fuji because it is a high mountain climbing.
